I must admit that I am addicted to crocheting wash clothes, towels, and kitchen dish rags. These things don't initially seem like a likely candidate for crochet. However, having crocheted rags around makes bathtime more fun, dishes more fun, and you guessed it... cleaning is more fun too!
Pamper yourself with a few homemade washclothes, rags, or dishclothes. They are easy to make for beginners. Find out how
here. I also do a traditional granny square sometimes and use the square as dishrags. These
granny squares don't become misshapen with use.
